DO YOU HAVE OPTIONS FOR SIGNIFICANT CORPORATE EVENTS?

Yes, we have several options available if you are arranging transport for a significant business event. We can organise to have multiple of our luxury sedans on standby to take your clients to their event location, or we can coordinate to have our minibus or coach transport, everyone, at once. Our consultants will assist in tailoring the right option for you that is both efficient and cost-effective.

DO YOU OFFER TOURS FOR INTERNATIONAL VIP CLIENTS?

Yes, we have tours that are available for your VIP clients all year round. The most popular tours that we provide take your guests to explore the Hunter Valley or sightseeing around the Blue Mountains. International clients particularly enjoy touring around Sydney Harbour, so this is another excellent option. Otherwise, we have custom tours available in which you can plan out your day trip to how you would like and have your chauffeur take care of the rest. Most commonly, when organising tours for several of your VIP clients, we use our minibuses or coaches as they are the biggest and offer more space and legroom. However, we can also arrange separate transfers to be done in our luxury sedans and people movers.

DO YOU HAVE LIMITS IN PLACE REGARDING DISTANCE?

With us, there is no limit. We pride ourselves on exceeding every expectation placed on our industry. We commonly do transfers taking clients across the country for corporate events. In these scenarios, we ensure regular stops are made for stretching and toilet breaks.

CAN WE PROVIDE COMPANY BRANDING FOR YOUR VEHICLES?

Yes, we have many flexible options available if you are wanting to advertise your company on the chosen vehicles. The most common and most effective way to do so is by using branding magnets. This is a great option mainly if you have clients arriving at Sydney Airport from overseas, so they know exactly what car/minibus is for them. Alternatively, you can supply company cards that can be placed in the vehicles. We can also equip our chauffeur with your company logo to make airport pick-ups smooth for your clients.

HOW DOES IT WORK IF I HAVE INTERNATIONAL GUESTS ARRIVING AT DIFFERENT TIMES?

In the event that you have guests arriving at the airport at different times, there are a few options that we can provide. Firstly, we can arrange to have multiple of our executive sedans waiting at the airport to take your clients to their hotel or conference location. Alternatively, if your clients are arriving at similar landing times, we can arrange a corporate minibus or coach to wait on standby till all flights are landed and collect the group together. The car/s can then return to pick up the remainder of the guests once they arrive.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT’S FLIGHT IS DELAYED?

In the event that your client’s flight is delayed, we will know about it first. Our team always keeps track of the flight status to ensure smooth arrival when they land. If a flight is delayed, you can count that our drivers will still be there on time. Our large fleet allows us the flexibility to accommodate when unforeseen situations occur.

WHERE ARE SOME OF THE PLACES YOU GO ON THE SYDNEY TOUR?

Our team has perfected the art of sight-seeing in Sydney, taking you to some of Australia’s most famous landmarks. You’ll have up close and personal views of Sydney Harbour Bridge, and the nearby Sydney Opera House. These are both regarded as an iconic image of Sydney and Australia itself. Another exciting destination you will get to visit is Lady Macquarie’s Chair. At this location, you’ll have front row seats to some of the best views of Sydney – guaranteed. Hyde Park, Botanical Gardens, Darling Harbour and Cockle Bay, are just some of Sydney’s beautiful locations that you’ll be able to visit.

With us, there is no limit. You can count on Get Chauffeured to make your tour exciting, thrilling and worthwhile no matter how long you chose. If you are unsure of how long you think you will need, just inform one of our consultants of some of the places you wish to go, and we will work out the rest.

CAN I CREATE MY OWN TOUR?

Certainly! We have custom tours available to ensure that you see and visit everything you want to. We recommend our Luxury Sedans if you wanted your tour to be more relaxed and intimate. If you’re after the full experience, our Stretch Chrysler Limousine makes the perfect vehicle to drive around Sydney Harbour in style. Otherwise, if you were creating a tour for a large group, our minibuses and coaches are great for transporting everyone in one movement. Simply let one of our consultants know what you were thinking or what you have planned, and our team will take care of the rest.

CAN WE EXIT THE CAR WHILE ON THE TOUR?

Yes! Your chauffeur will stop at some of Sydney’s iconic landmarks, and we encourage you to get out and take lots of photos and take it all in. This is, of course, optional. If you would prefer to stay in your Limousine, Luxury Sedan or minibus, then your chauffeur will make stops brief, so you have enough time to take photos while inside the car.
